Non-Renewable Resources

What are non-renewable resources?

Non-Renewable Resources are resources that cannot replenish within a human life span.

Impact of Non-renewable Resource:

Non-renewable resources can have many negative impacts on the environment. Since non-resources replenishes over a long period of time, over-consumation is not wise.

Examples and Impacts:

Coal: - Destroys habitats by digging.
          - Cause pollution when burnt (C02 gets realeased into the environment)

Nuclear Powerplants: - destroys habitats when mining for uranium
                                    - If explodes, radiation effects will cause plants and animals around it to decays
